We will make things happy and right with you! We are pretty lenient, easy- going people! :)
We are listed as a CLEAN facility due to the Covid19 pandemic. We provide excellent customer service and generally answer emails back within the same day (unless we are at a tradeshow - follow us on Instagram @pillowpanels to see shows we may attend near you during spring, fall, and winter seasons)
Refunds are given only if the product is damaged upon arrival due to postal shipping services. Please provide accurate pictures and detail of shipping bags and send them to: info@PillowPanels.com to start a claim on the insurance plan that is included with your shipping.
If we send you a noticeably flawed item or we missed an item, please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace the item within 24 hours of your notice.
Refund methods may vary. Check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund via email.
