SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We generally ship within 5 hours of your order, with the exception when we are at tradeshows during Christmas season... visit our Instagram page to see when we are at shows (Thursday - Sunday)... your order will be shipped out the following Monday.  Shipping includes insurance up to $100. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping for orders over $99. 

We list multiple shipping options, carrier options, prices, and delivery times at check out. 

Domestic Shipping is processed within 24 hours and should arrive within 3-7 days, depending on destination, postal carrier staffing during the Pandemic, storms etc.  Once it leaves our warehouse, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders at our Preston, ID office at:

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival. 

At-show pickup:  You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our tradeshows as well.  Please visit our Instagram page: @pillowpanels for a full show schedule.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

Yes!  We offer international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International shipping expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination (Generally 8 - 20 days, Europe can take up to 45-60 days during the pandemic)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  PillowPanels is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your domestic order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please refer to your tracking number provided... if it is pending for more than a week or appears lost, please contact us at info@pillowpanels.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We include a link for customers to track their order in the confirmation email. 

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware of the size of your PO Box and order accordingly.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pillowpanels.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
